Long Beach Heritage offers walking tours of the architectural and historic sites of Downtown Long Beach, the East Village Arts District, North Pine Avenue and Willmore City and tours of the beautiful 1906 Bembridge House - a National, State and local landmark. The Bembridge courtyard may be rented for events. Great Homes of Long Beach, a tour of historic Long Beach homes, is offered annually in early June.

The Historical Society of Long Beach collects, preserves and presents local history. At our facility in Bixby Knolls we feature rotating exhibitions, a timeline of local history, a small book shop, and research center. The gallery is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday.
